Formed in 2010 by two real estate professionals specializing in the identification of value-add commercial real estate opportunities, the company’s principals have over 50 years of cumulative experience in the real estate industry and maintain strong relationships in both the brokerage community and capital markets.

EY Ventures, LLC, believes opportunities exist to acquire properties that require the judicious and strategic placement of capital to bring them in line with competing market product. Through the timely execution of acquisitions (usually in 60 days or less), the company focuses on real estate investment/development opportunities in select Texas markets.

Since its inception, EY Ventures, LLC, has sponsored acquisitions totaling more than 2 million square feet of commercial assets in the Texas.

We serve as the general partner and asset manager of the investment vehicle. Through a property-specific focus on each individual property, we actively manage and execute all aspects of a property’s life-cycle: acquisition, financing, property operations, implementation of the business plan and disposition.
